Summer Body Sculpting
Now's the time to get back into shape with a challenging and fun class as you prep for the summer months ahead! Using body weight exercises (calisthenics) and cardio, Rob will help you get rid of the extra winter weight and tone up for those hot days on the beach, in the park or just to change up the winter routine. This class is for everyone with varying levels of fitness.
Core Training
The way to a good set of abdominals is treating you whole core as a unit. Specific core exercises will target your tummy and backside in addition to cross fit exercises that involve total body movement. Through this solid and challenging routine you'll strengthen the core and get the abs you've been looking for! This class is open to all.
Running Clinic
Kick start your running season with a group. Beginners welcome! Focussing on long-paced runs, interval training and stretching. Runs will be in High Park and on Lakeshore.
Glute and Core Conditioning In The Park
Enjoy the warm spring weather while its here. Join a fun, energetic body sculpting class in the park. This class includes strength training, plyometrics and calisthentics.
