Travis has been involved in sport from an early age and is always looking to gain the competitive edge. This love of fitness led Travis to the University of Waterloo to study kinesiology.  Kinesiology is the study of the human body, which gave Travis a strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Years of personal training with the biomechanical approach has yielded tremendous fat loss results and helped his clients to move better with less pain, making Travis a very sought after trainer in Toronto.

Travis is also a TPI certified golf fitness instructor, bringing a high level of golf performance analysis. By taking a whole body approach to training the body relearns to move the way it should, allowing Travis’ Clients to become stronger, have less pain and injuries, and reach their training goals.

During my early school days, I have been involved with many different sports which have paved the path for me entering into the fitness industry. Being active playing soccer, basketball, cross-county and track and field, all helped to improve my speed, agility and endurance.

My goal as a Certified Trainer is to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fitness goals!  Together we set goals that can be achieved, it keeps you honest, motivated and on track for results.

As someone who grew up in Northern Ontario Heather spent a great deal of time at the family cottage. Whether she was canoeing, rock climbing, swimming, or cross country skiing she was always happiest when she was outdoors.  After moving to Toronto she found herself in a job that had her spending long hours at a computer, gaining weight and feeling horribly out of shape.  So in 2005 she became a member of Bloor Street Boxing and Fitness and began training with Travis Neuman in a determined effort to lose weight and regain strength.  The experience of working with Travis was not only effective but a great learning experience as well.  In fact the process meant so much to her that she was inspired to become a personal trainer herself.

Heather brings a down to earth approach to all of her sessions.  She truly believes that a good training program should not only improve a person's physical appearance but their posture, self-confidence and overall level of self-being as well.  She believes that a successful program should not be just a short term means to an end but a process that helps people make a long-term commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
Lisa Kudrey

Lisa is currently a student in the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Humber College.  She was involved in figure skating and dance for many years.  These experiences have given her a unique approach to strength training as well as flexibility training.  Lisa's time at Humber College has allowed her to gain an in depth understanding of strong workout program design as well as a varied knowledge of injury management/prevention and nutrition. 
 
Lisa has a passion for fitness and a belief in the tremendous benefits of physical activity for both mind and body.  She is enthusiastic about group fitness and is looking forward to completing her Fitness Instructor Specialist certification and hopes to teach cardio kickboxing, flexibility and group strength classes.  Her knowledge of proper technique and form will allow her clients to gain an understanding of the methods behind the training while improving their overall fitness level and health.

Vlad Peresechensky

Vlad has been involved in martial combat sports since age 8. He started as a judo wrestler and competed for 5 years. After military service, Vlad began his true passion which is boxing and kickboxing. He started heavy training in kickboxing and after 10 months was ready to fight. Over the past year he has competed in 5 amateur fights.

 Following “Do it hard and repeat” philosophy Vlad believes everything is possible
