Personal Training at Bloor Fitness & Boxing is based on functional whole body movements. The trainers specialize in pin pointing weaknesses and patterning issues in the muscles while you perform exercises that incorporate all the major muscles in the body.

FREE Training Session

 Fitness Consultation 


Sit down with us and ask all your fitness questions. We'll be honest about your goals and the time frame you need to achieve them. A baseline of your current fitness is recorded. This baseline can be used to track your progress, and is used in designing an exercise program if personal training is purchased.


The Consultation includes:

  • Height and weight
  • BMI and % Body Fat
  • Resting Heart Rate and exercise target heart rate
  • Circumference measurements
  • Baseline strength test
  • Postural assessment
  • Nutritional discussion

From the Consultation you will:

  • Get an overview of your current fitness status
  • Get a baseline measurements that can be used to allow future progress evaluations
  • Can be a motivator to start, continue, or add varity to your fitness program
  • Compare your results to population norms
  • Identify weaknesses that need to be addressed in you fitness program
  • Get a Certified Expert Trainer's answers to your fitness questions
