The Golden Glove Program is a revolutionary new method of teaching boxing to adults aged 18 and up.
Pioneered here and offered exclusively to our members, the Golden Glove Program is a unique boxing program taught in a class setting with strict guidelines, testing, levels and overall structure. The focus is on teaching participants proper boxing technique.
All participants will be rigorously tested at the end of each level in order to pass to the next level. Testing is essential to ensure proper understanding of skill and technique and maintaining high standards in each level. It also ensures the safety and appropriate instruction of each participant. Upon passing the testing, the participant will receive a certificate of completion for their achievement and a colour designating the level of their skill allowing them to be eligible to move up to the next level.
