Boxing
All our classes are taught by seasoned professionals and focus on boxing technique in a fun, challenging, high-energy atmosphere. Class structures, motivational styles and boxing levels are determined by the instructor and vary between classes.

Muay Thai
Muay thai classes include proper punching, kicking, foot and stance techniques along with thai pad and punch mitt training. This class is an intense cardio workout open to all. It's a great learning experience and lots of fun!

Yoga
The hatha vinyasa yoga class focuses on using postures to grow flexibility, strength and balance. As you flow from pose to pose in this rejuvenating series you feel tension and stress replaced with renewed energy and a total sense of deep relaxation.
